Thank you for the feedback. It is unfortunate the customer doesn't seem to be satisfied. However, your comment doesn't have much to do with reality and can be an example of unhealthy competition. You did not communicate preferences for your task, did not reply to our messages, and have not accepted the offer of refund. As I understand you are an intermediary for other translation projects. To be fair, this task was very short and it wouldn't have been a problem to make any adjustments even after completion. But again, you chose not to communicate with me at all. The process of communication is normal in our work because various customers tend to have different demands; some want to keep close to original, others need post-editing and more. Tolesp is always happy to provide quality and human-made translation to its customers, incl. many satisfied ones from the medical industry. Please, reach out if you'd like to have this issue solved.
